The National Foundation of St. Augustine’s Churches, University & Schools is a nonprofit organization that is recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity by the United States Internal Revenue Service. It is registered in the District of Columbia as St. Augustine’s National Foundation.

St. Augustine’s University Foundation, organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, legally complies with all pertinent federal and state laws and regulations.

The National Foundation of St. Augustine’s Churches, University & Schools is a public charity that serves as the fundraising entity for the University of St. Augustine’s (“USA”), an HBCU, Land Grant College, and its Fiduciaries; USA – University Colleges (USA-UC), USA – Institutes of Medicine (USA – IOM), USA – Mental Wealth Institute & Conservancy (USA-MwI-C), USA – Broadcast Media, Carolina’s Early College, Caroline Education Community International PSA (Public and Private School Academy).

 

The St. Augustine’s National Foundation in its capacity as the University St. Augustine’s Benefactor, is responsible for raising capital in an amount sufficient to manifest its Resurrection, Recovery, and Restoration (“R.R.R”).

Essentially, Resurrection of the University St. Augustine’s in compliance with U.S. Federal District Court Order, MI; 8.28.1987, enabling its total Recovery as a Higher Education Institution, accessing Federal Pell Grants, HEA, CARES Act, ARP Grants, entitled, and preserved as the U.S. Federal Court; MI Ordered; 1.9.1985, and subsequently the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals, MI, Ordered, Upheld; 1985, 1986, and the U.S. Federal District Court, MI Court Ordered, Preserved; 8.28.1987, and expediting the Restoration of the University St. Augustine’s to its grandeur of excellence. Thereby, actualizing the organization, development, and implementation of professional academic career programs of study that incorporate virtual facilities and cutting-edge technology.

The St. Augustine’s Foundation Commitment

St. Augustine’s National Foundation, as a Benefactor of the University of St. Augustine’s, is committed to policies, procedures, and functionality that render transparency as a public charitable foundation consistent with the specifications of the IRS.

In the capacity as “Fiscal Sponsor” consistent with specifications of the IRS, the Board of Regions, St. Augustine’s National Foundation resolves to strategically embrace initiatives for the establishment of “St. Augustine’s University System, comprising the Caroline Education Community”, Innovation Technology Consortia, and USA Broadcast Media.

Concerned, USA’s Administrative Management is devoted to the development of the organizational structure of associated educational corporations that include:

  • University St. Augustine’s and Institutes of Medicine (USA – IOM)
  • Caroline Education Community International Public School Academy
  • Caroline Education Community International Private School Academy (CECI PSA); Pre-K, K-12
    ■ Ana-Carolina Preparatory, and
    ■ Carolina’s Early College
    ■ University Academic Public Computer Center
    ■ Innovation Technology Consortia and
    ■ St. Augustine’s Institute
  • Other educational initiatives consistent with Resolutions of the Board of Governors.

As well, St. Augustine’s National Foundation serves as a “Fiscal Sponsor” on behalf of a conglomerate of Churches with missions consistent with the principles and teachings of Jesus Christ, a Private Broadcast Network, and USA’s International Ministries that provides Humanitarian Services and serves as an advocate for social justice, human equality, economic empowerment, and diversity.

The St. Augustine’s National Foundation, a public corporation, is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, or scientific purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended.

St. Augustine’s Education System Authority

On January 9th, 1985, and November 27th, 1995, the Honorable Judge Ray Reynolds issued a court order entrusting the “Great Lakes Lutheran Church University Education Charter” and Proprietary Primary and Secondary School Charter to the St. Augustine’s National Foundation Trust.

This “Education Charter” has the authority as an institution of higher education and a K-12 school system, with a history spanning over three centuries 19Th, 20Th, 21S; from 1846 to the present day, and is classified as a historical institution,
