St. Augustine’s National Foundation

St. Augustine’s National Foundation, a Benefactor, is committed to policies, procedures, and functionality that render transparency as a public charitable foundation consistent with the specifications of the IRS.

In the capacity as “Fiscal Sponsor” consistent with specifications of the IRS, the Board of Regions, St. Augustine’s National Foundation resolves to strategically embrace initiatives for the establishment of “St. Augustine’s University System, comprising the Caroline Education Community”.

An administrative management concern that is devoted to the development of the organizational structure of associated educational corporations that include: University St. Augustine’s and Institutes of Medicine (USA – IOM), Caroline Education Community International Public School Academy (CECI PSA); Pre-K, K-12, St. Augustine’s Institute, Ana-Carolina Preparatory, and Carolina’s Early College, University Academic Public Computer Center, and other educational initiatives consistent with Resolutions of the Board of Governors.

As well, St. Augustine’s National Foundation serves as a “Fiscal Sponsor” on behalf of a conglomerate of Churches with missions consistent with the principles and teachings of Jesus Christ, a Private Broadcast Network, International Ministries, provides Human Services and serves as an advocate for social justice, human equality, economic empowerment, and diversity.

This organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, or scientific purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended.

St. Augustine’s Education Community Authority

Under a Court Order from the U.S. Federal District Court MI, the Honorable Judge Ray Reynolds, issued; 1.9.1985, and 11.27.1998,

The distinguished “University Education Charter” to St. Augustine’s National Foundation has access and derives its Authority as an “Institution of Higher Education”, spans over 3-Centuries; 19TH, 20Th, and 21ST; 1846 – Present, and is classified as historical, and authorizes the establishment of New American University;

University St. Augustine’s

Institutional governance has resolved to expedite restoration, accessing licensure by the Michigan Department of Education deemed consistent with statutes and regulatory specifications, and entitlement.

The Board of Governors has resolved to implement a strategic plan to acquire “Candidacy Status” to acquire “Regional Institutional Accreditation” authorized by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools; Higher Learning Commission (“HLC”). As such, Institutional Accreditation Candidacy Status is proposed over a timeline of four-six years, effective 1.1.2024.

In the interim quality academic course offerings are deemed accredited under provisions of applicable statutes, and regulatory requirements that govern the virtual dissemination of institutional via satellite that the “Olympus Pro- II Virtual Private Broadcast Network (V-PBN) sponsors on behalf of the University St. Augustine’s. Thus all academic course offerings are accredited.

The University St. Augustine’s is organized as a Private, Non-profit Institution of Higher Education, operating in tandem with Legacy Institutions of Higher Education, and Community Colleges.

The University shall develop, organize, administer, and manage quality academic programs of excellence within the Faculties as follows;

  • College of Law
  • College of Nursing & Allied Health
  • College of Hospitality Management
  • College of Liberal Arts
  • College of Divinity, and
  • Seminary
  • College of Fine and Performing Arts
  • College of Engineering

Consistent with its Authority, the College of Medicine. Consistent with Authority, inherent in an Old Right, the “Great Lakes Lutheran Church University Education Charter” empowers the Institution of Higher Education in alliance with Ecumenical Districts Nationwide and globally, the University St. Augustine’s shall organize and operate an unlimited number of K12 Schools, and Non-Traditional S.T.E.M. Institutes.

Consistent with its authority, upon achievement of Institutional Accreditation, the University St. Augustine’s (USA) shall award the Bachelor’s Degree. Carolina’s Early College in collaboration with the University St. Augustine’s shall award the Associate Degree in conjunction with earned college credits consistent with regulatory requirements.

The University St. Augustine’s and University St. Augustine’s & Institutes of Medicine (USA – IOM) In collaboration with a consortium of prestigious Institutions of Higher Education that are recognized as regionally accredited, shall organize, administer, operate, and manage academic program offerings according to a Letter of Agency (LOA); “Contractual Agreements” specifications, consistent with regulatory requirements that authorize access to the Federal Title IV grant program.

The Governance and Administrative Management, University St. Augustine’s & Institutes of Medicine (USA – IOM), USA – Mental Wealth Institute and Conservancy, the Afro-American Science Institute (ASI), Marcus Garvey Institute, and Flagship Media Broadcast organized, and actualized independently, shall operate in tandem with the University St. Augustine’s.
